About samples
Do I need to order a sample?
No — a sample is completely optional, with one sample per original design. If you're already confident in your design, you can skip it and go straight into production: the fastest route to delivery.
How much does a sample cost?
A printed sample costs €12.76, paid at the moment you order the sample. When you place a follow-up order of 50 or more bottles, the €12.76 is refunded as a discount code applied to that order. For orders below 50 bottles, the sample fee is not refunded. One sample per original design.
How long until I receive my sample?
After you order a sample, we print and ship it within 3–5 working days. Delivery time then depends on your location — about 1 day in the Netherlands, 2 days for Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany, and 2–5 days for the rest of the EU. See our delivery info for details.
Can I order more than one sample?
We include one sample per original design. If you'd like to compare different designs or colours side by side, place a separate order for each — every design can include its own sample. After you receive the sample and want to tweak the design, you will not receive a new sample.
What's the minimum order?
Our standard minimum is 5 bottles per design. There's no obligation to order after receiving your sample — order when you're ready.
What happens after I approve my sample?
You return to your design to finalize your full order — or tweak the design first if you'd like a change. Once you confirm, we produce and ship your complete order. We will not send another sample if you choose to tweak your design.
What if I'm not happy with the sample?
No problem — you're under no obligation. You can adjust your design and place your order, or simply not proceed.
