Our minimum is 5 bottles per design. That keeps custom bottles accessible for small teams, conference giveaways, or testing a single design before scaling up. Volume pricing rewards larger runs with a lower price per unit.

We accept PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF, and TIFF up to 25 MB. Vector files (SVG, PDF) give the sharpest result for logos and text. For photos and raster files, supply them at 300 DPI — we print exactly what you upload, so the source quality shapes the final print.

About 90% of the bottle body is fully printable — a generous canvas for your design. The curved area just under the cap and the small section below the bottom seam stay ink-free. The design tool shows the exact printable area live as you place your artwork, and you can toggle on the back-seam guide to see where the seam runs. Designs that cross the seam print seamlessly when the artwork is continuous — for full 360° wrap-around artwork we recommend a seamless design, so the left and right edges meet cleanly without a visible join.

Yes. UV printing reproduces full-colour artwork and photographic detail in a single pass, with no extra cost per colour. Photographs and fine gradients print sharply across the full print zone. For brand-critical colours, a printed sample lets you confirm the result first.

Production lead time starts from 5 production days and scales with your order size: up to 200 bottles from 5 days, 200–499 from 10 days, 500–999 from 15 days, and 1,000+ scheduled in our production calendar with the timeline confirmed in writing. Shipping transit is on top of production — typically 1–2 business days in Benelux, 2–3 for Germany/France/Austria, 3–5 for the rest of the EU, and 4–7 for UK/Switzerland/Norway/Turkey. Every order of 50 bottles or more includes one free printed sample, sent for your approval before we run the full production. For smaller orders, you can add a sample to your order for €12.76.

We print as close to your artwork as possible. Our UV process uses CMYK ink, so most colours reproduce accurately, but very saturated neons or metallic Pantones can shift slightly. From 50 bottles the free printed sample lets you confirm the colour result before full production — for smaller orders you can add a paid sample for €12.76.

Designs come with a matte finish by default. The optional gloss varnish is a thin clear coat over your printed design — adding a slight gloss and extra scratch resistance, and it's included free. Choose it whenever you want a glossy finish on the printed area; the base print is already very durable either way.

We recommend hand washing. The UV-cured ink bonds tightly to the steel, but repeated dishwasher cycles — heat, harsh detergents, and mechanical abrasion against the rack — wear down even the toughest finishes. Hand-wash with warm soapy water and your print stays sharp for years. Dishwasher damage falls outside our 6-month print warranty — see our returns policy for full conditions.
